Tips for Fighting Spring Allergies. Are you suffering with Spring allergies? Here a few tips that will help: To tame pollen, wash bedding every week in hot water; Wash your hair & shower before bed, since pollen accumulates in hair; Wear a mask & gloves when cleaning the house, and vacuum twice a week; Limit throw rugs to reduce dust and mold. If you do have rugs, make sure they are washable; Keep windows closed. Change A/C filters frequently; Talk to a doctor about allergy drugs.
